Telepathy: Is it real?

My understanding of Telepathy:

Let's say there's a Person A

And, there's a person B

The Qareen (Jinn companion) of person A talks with the Qareen (Jinn companion) of person B

And. vice versa.

And, there's a ritual (initiation rite) to make friends with your Qareen. Henceforth he starts helping you.

I'm not sure -- this is just a hypothesis.
