Garbage collectors should be given specialized (Low-cost) pick-up trucks / utility autorickshaws (Alternative fuel) -- The authorities should phase out the rickshaws -- Private rickshaws pullers should be given alternative means of livelihood. We shouldn't let the job of rickshaw pulling continue -- it's extremely cruel and inhuman.
