I'd to get my shoes cleaned -- I'd have done that myself but I didn't have brush and polish -- So I went to this cobbler -- a young woman in her late twenties, I believe -- sitting under an umbrella in her makeshift shop -- a semi-shanty like place -- by the side of the road -- and most probably her kiddo sleeping by her side -- I asked: How much....? She said no polish -- Ten Rupees for cleaning with a brush -- I got severe guilt pangs -- and I said okay...
